My Purchase Experience and Comparison
I bought a replica Birkin (Birkin 25 in Togo Leather Noir/GHW) from PH around July 2022.
The Replica Knockoff one belongs to my mom (Birkin 30 in Togo Leather Etain/PHW), which she purchased from a Hermès boutique in early 2021.
Below are comparison pictures of Hermes Birkin replica vs. real.

- Leather
The Replica Knockoff Birkin has larger grains, and the replica has smaller grains. But the replica feels just as soft and lux as the real one.
I would 100% think this was Replica Knockoff if someone asked me to compare.
The grain size doesn’t bother me, because even for Replica Knockoff bags different seasons have different grains, some may appear bigger, others smaller.

- Stitching
The replica is hand-stitched as well and I think the stitching looks pretty good compared to the authentic. It is done at a slant, which is just like the real one.
- Hardware
The replica is in gold hardware and the Replica Knockoff is in palladium hardware.
The seller claimed that the four little dots on the hardware (pearling) were hand-hammered in the same way as the Replica Knockoff bag.
Comparing the two, the pearling on the replica looks quite good and similar to those on the genuine bag.
- Bag Construction/Shape
I think the shape looks pretty spot on, BUT I think it looks a bit slouchier than the real one.
This doesn’t bother me too much because I think it just has a more worn-in look.
- Stamping
I was a bit shaky when taking the photo, so you can see how the left side of the “H” is slightly blurry on the replica.
However, in reality, both the replica and the Replica Knockoff stamp look equally clear and clean.

I LOVE both the Birkin 25 and 30.
