I checked their return policy is not very clear (on one page it states you can return within 10 days and on another it states you can only return the bag if there is a problem with it) and that they make you pay the shipping fees, so it is not clear whether this reader will have luck actually returning the bag and getting her money back.

I own 6 pieces of genuine LV. . My first pieces were bought by my mom, A wallet, keychain purse and a weekender.
