Bag Battle: Two Replica LV Alma BB Bags Comparison Review

So, here we are, comparing the Louis Vuitton DE Alma BB bags I got from these two sellers.

Plus, I’m gonna chat a bit about color differences in bags.

Right DD; Left Louis

QUALITY: The overall shapes, the construction of the bags, and the feel of the leather are pretty much the same.

LEATHER: The leathers on both bags look and feel great. They’re real leather and didn’t have any weird smells.

COLOR:

• DD’s canvas seems to be a tad bit lighter. It’s not noticeable in person.

This was only noticeable when the flash was on. Considering the canvas on the Replica Knockoff bags varies as well, it’s hard to say which one’s closest to the auth.

Overall, both bags are beautiful. So you can’t go wrong with either one of them. (Both mom and sis said there’s no difference between the two bags.)

LV uses various batches of canvas, with some having a more pronounced texture and others being smoother. 

The thickness varies too, as items that need to be more flexible are made with thinner canvas.

Top Pochette; Bottom Noe

I’ve got an old Noe from 2013 and this newer Pochette from 2022.

The feel of the canvas between the two is totally different. The older Noe has this tougher, thicker canvas, while the Pochette’s canvas feels softer and bends easier. You can see the color is different from another.

I’ve also got LV bags from around the same time but made in different countries, the colors of the two bags are not the same either.

Even SA says that different factories will produce materials in slightly different shades, which makes sense.

So, whether it’s Replica Knockoff or replica, as long as the quality’s good, just enjoy the bag!
